Our deluxe apartment came fully equipped with essentials like an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave - the kitchen was a pleasant surprise! the staff here were super friendly and sorted out any issues we had with ease. 😊.

The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the deluxe apartment was nice. The location was amazing, really close to Sea Point, in a great area. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Sea Point district...

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist guests. the location was convenient, close to shops and the seafront, with excellent external security. the modern and well-equipped apartment offered stunning views and a bright, sunny ambiance for a pleasant stay.

There were some minor inconveniences such as the lack of a safe in the apartment and the need to pay upfront upon arrival. noise from the street traffic could be bothersome at times.

Was a really comfortable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed this place!

My recent stay at this hotel was overall quite positive. the staff here were fantastic, always helpful, and very friendly. I appreciated their calm and collected demeanor when I had a request or needed assistance. the interior of the apartment was stylish and modern, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the location was superb, with everything you need within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the area, grab groceries, or dine out.

One area for improvement could be the check-in process, as it felt a bit lackluster and could have been more informative and welcoming. the communication regarding any maintenance issues could be better streamlined to ensure a prompt resolution.
